You will be taught everything you need to know about managing and marketing your facility so no business experience is required. We will train you and your staff at our National Training Academy in Stafford and once open our support team will be there when you need them to work alongside you and your staff.

We will support you every step of the way with regular visits, free training, weekly Newsletters, monthly Bulletins, your own web site, a Home Learning web site, regular seminars and a Telephone Help Line.

A Franchisee will learn how to manage her Instructors to provide the support her members will need. She will learn how to fill her Centre with members who typically will pay £35 per month for unlimited visits.

We will show you how to convert 80% of all enquiries into members and how to market and publicise your facility. We will teach you the skills required to retain your members with (currently) more than 70% of members renewing their membership each year.

We will teach you and your staff to be a highly qualified Instructor who knows how to prescribe each member a personalised programme and how to upgrade this every three weeks. Our Instructors are more like lifestyle councillors than conventional Gym Instructors as we look at our members diet, home activity, diet and Gym prescription. We even run classes to help those members with food ‘issues’ to overcome them.

Our training is probably the best in the country and, as we said earlier, you own your own business but are not on your own!
